Shipment

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a follow-up email with your tracking number and carrier details for convenient shipment monitoring. For the shipment of your parcels we work with POSTNL, DHL & DPD.  

Orders cannot be edited once placed. To amend the shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Changes or cancellations are not possible after dispatch.

Why we use track & trace plus insurance 

We believe jewellery needs extra care so all our shipment is done with track and trace plus insurance. To make sure the package arrives at the right address and with the right person. 

Within the Netherlands:
For handling and shipping we will charge € 12,50, for orders above € 200 you will receive free shipment. Average delivery time will be 4-5 working days.

International shipping:
For international shipment we use two rates: one for Europe where we charge      €18,00 per package and one for Worldwide shipment of € 35,- per package. Track & Trace plus insurance are always included. Average delivery time will be 5-7 working days.

We deliver in Bali, Indonesia for local prices as we have our Atelier here. Packages to the rest of Asia, Australia and New Zealand will be send there by DHL and are free of import duties and additional taxes. Average delivery time will be 5-7 working days.

Delivery to Non-EU countries can be increased with additional custom duties and value added taxes (VAT), which are not included in the product price and shipping cost listed on our website.

We are not responsible for covering these expenses. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email info@adorn.nl and we will do our best to resolve your questions.

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns of unused items within 14 days of purchase (after delivery). As our customer you are always in charge of return costs. The product must be in perfect condition with its original packaging and tags. 

It is required that you track this shipment and make sure the piece is securely packaged. ADORN is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

If you would like to make a size or product change email us at info@adorn.nl and we handle it together. In this case the delivery expenses for the second order will be free. When you want to return without a direct new purchase we offer 2 options:

  • 115% Store credit (cannot be redeemed for a refund at any point)
  • 100% Refund
Eligible Items

We are happy to accept full priced items for return, provided they are in the original condition.

Sale items are strictly final sale only and cannot be returned.

Orders placed on full priced items using WELCOME10 or 10% personalised codes are eligible for a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items
